Signing in

Elsewhere uses your phone number to sign in. You'll get a text with a one-time code. If it doesn't arrive within a minute, check that your number is entered correctly and that your carrier isn't blocking short codes, then try again.

Account and data

You can delete your account and all of your data from Settings inside the app. If you'd rather we do it for you, email us and we'll take care of it within a few days. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect.

Reporting a bug

Email us a description of what happened, the device and iOS version you're using, and a screenshot if you have one. This helps us fix issues faster.
