These terms govern your use of the Elsewhere app and website. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You need a valid phone number to sign in. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use Elsewhere.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you give Elsewhere a license to store and display your content to you and the people you share it with, which is how the product works. You can delete your content or your account at any time.
Acceptable use
- Post only content you have the right to share.
- No harassment, impersonation, or unlawful content.
- Don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
The service
Elsewhere is provided as-is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elsewhere's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
